The undercut has always been a favourite amongst men as a style of haircut. And it’s for good reason too. The undercut has been in fashion since the 1990s due to its flexibility and low maintenance. The undercut can look amazing when it’s styled up, however, even when no product is applied and you’re out with towel dry hair, it can still look stunning. No matter the type of hair you have, be it curly, straight, frizzy, short or long, the undercut is sure to be a good choice of hairstyle.
Modern Slick Back Undercut

Possibly one of or the most common style of undercut this undercut is very simple to style and maintain. Get your hair towel dry and damp, and take some product and mix it evenly into your hair. Take a comb and start combing your hair back, and that’s that, you’re ready for the day! If your hair ever comes out of place just comb your hair back into place. Keep a comb handy, perhaps a pocket comb and you’ll always look dapper wherever you are.
The Two in One Undercut

As the name suggests, this extremely versatile haircut makes sure you’re looking presentable be it with hair down or up. The length of the hair makes it possible to have your hair framed up or down, therefore, making it handy for when you’re in a rush and have no time to style your hair.
Messy Undercut

The messy undercut is one of my personal favorites actually. The messy undercut goes for the unkempt don’t really care look, but actually looking very nice. The messy undercut is easy to style and is also easy to maintain as it actually is deliberately meant to look out of place. So the general rule of thumb is if its more out of place, the better, just don’t have it look ugly.
Faded Undercut

The faded undercut is on the shorter side of undercuts, however, due to this, it can also be on the more professional looking side of undercuts. The extremely short sides slowly taper up to a longer length on the sides giving a very sleek and clean look. This haircut is highly recommended for very active people, such as athletes.
Undercut Pompadour

The pompadour is once again a very popular haircut especially with the youngsters, the haircut specialises a very high volume front which slowly tapers down towards the back. The styling process to achieve the pompadour is a little high and so is the maintenance, but this hairstyle has you looking like a professional businessman or a party rocker, this one works for both scenes.
Side Swept Undercut

For the ones with longer hair, this side swept undercut is the one for you. This haircut is very easy to achieve if you already have long hair, if you don’t it’s still pretty easy, just grow your hair out. Maintaining the hairstyle is also super simple, just literally swipe your hair to whichever side you prefer.
Undercut Mohawk Combo

This hairstyle is a very flashy and stylist one. If you’re one to enjoy turning heads of everyone that you walk past, then this is the one for you. The undercut mohawk combo encompasses both a mohawk and an undercut into one, the clean sides and the large volume top that meets together in the middle make for a stylish duo.
Spiked to the Front Undercut

The spiked to the front is a very popular haircut for athletes due to its sporty look and the fact that the hairstyle is mostly permanently in place. Even with tonnes of sweat dripping down your face and all in your hair, the spikes will still maintain its shape.
Disconnected Undercut

The disconnected undercut is a normal undercut but with a very defining line more exaggerated to show the parting of the hair. The disconnected undercut is one for those that are bored with the normal undercut and want to add a little something into their hairstyle.
Two-Block Undercut

The two block undercut is the most popular haircut and undercut amongst asians. The two block haircut features clean short sides and lower back of the head and everything else with decent length, especially the fringe. The two block is called two block due to the shaven sides contrasting with the longer part of the hair, looking literally like two different blocks of haircuts. This haircut is extremely low maintenance, actually it is no maintenance at all, so if you’re too lazy to style your hair but also want to look good, then go for this haircut!
